What you get
- On-site walkthrough by a NICET-credentialed Zion technician (typically 60–90 minutes for a single building)
- Quick review of fire alarm, sprinkler, extinguisher, emergency lighting, and (if applicable) kitchen suppression status
- AHJ-document check — last ITM reports, monitoring history, open deficiencies
- Written summary within 48 hours: severity-ranked findings, code citations, suggested next steps
- A clear answer to the question "are we compliant right now?"
What this isn't
This isn't a sales call. It's not a quote in disguise. We don't pressure you to use Zion for remediation. If the audit identifies work you need done, you can hire any contractor in Texas to do it — including the one you already use.
